Terms of Service — Trunk Mischief

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Trunk Mischief online store. Contact us at trunkmischief@outlook.com.

Products

We sell decorative products for Christmas car displays. Product descriptions identify the items included. The Christmas Mischief set contains one upper-body piece and two separate legs. Cars, car coverings, lighting and other styling accessories shown are not included unless expressly listed.

Orders and prices

Prices are displayed in the selected currency. The final currency, total, taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Currency-converter estimates may differ from the final checkout amount. We may contact you to resolve a pricing error, unavailable item or suspected fraudulent order; any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded.

Pre-order timeline

Production takes 15–20 days, followed by an estimated 5–15 days for delivery. These stages are consecutive. See our Shipping Policy for details and contact us if you need an update.

Cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Requests after dispatch are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Voluntary returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the customer. Report delivery damage or incorrect items within 48 hours to help us resolve the issue promptly. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Use

Use the decoration on a parked vehicle, remove it before driving and keep lights and the license plate clear. Follow the instructions supplied with your product.

Website content

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights to third-party marks and other protected material remain with their respective owners.

Liability and applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer law continues to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not retrospectively remove the rights that applied to an order when it was placed.
