RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – TRUNK MISCHIEF

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to trunkmischief@outlook.com, including your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped by emailing us your order number. Once shipped, the right of withdrawal above applies.

Return Conditions
- The product must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
- The product should be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at trunkmischief@outlook.com with photo or video proof. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. This does not affect your legal warranty rights.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been sent back. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
