Shipping Policy — Trunk Mischief

Pre-order timeline

Christmas Mischief is available on pre-order. Production takes 15–20 days. After production is complete, delivery is estimated at 5–15 days, depending on the destination. These stages are consecutive.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free to the destinations available at checkout. If your country or region is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently accept delivery orders there.

Tracking

We will email your tracking details when your order is dispatched. You can follow your shipment using Track Your Order.

Delays and delivery issues

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, customs or events beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Order details

Check your delivery address and telephone number before placing your order. Contact us promptly if something needs to change. Additional import taxes or duties, where applicable and not collected at checkout, may be payable under local rules.
